  • Do you have a payment policy for groups?

    Please note that groups will be presented with one bill, which may be split up to four separate ways. A 22% service charge will be added to all parties of 6 or more. Venmo or PayPal is your friend.

  • Can I increase my reservation size?

    Yes, you can modify your reservation online via the Tock app if we have availability to do so. But we cannot combine tables for multiple reservations. And additional guests above and beyond table reservation amounts will not be seated.

  • Can I bring a baby or child into the bar?

    Bitter & Twisted operates as a 21 & over the establishment and only allows identification ruled valid by the DLLC. View all acceptable ID HERE.

  • Can I bring a nonservice animal into the bar?

    Only service animals are allowed inside the establishment. Dogs are welcome ON THE PATIO ONLY if they are officially "good boys" and do not disturb other guests. All dogs must always remain on a leash. Any accidents or damage will be the owner's responsibility.

  • It's a special occasion, do you allow cakes to be brought in?

    Yes, but we do charge a cake cutting fee, and they MUST be store bought.

  • Can I bring in my own alcohol? Or do you charge a corkage fee?

    Sadly, no personal alcohol may be brought into this licensed premise.
