What is Sippin' Santa?
Sippin' Santa @ Bitter & Twisted is a Tiki Christmas- themed pop-up that we have hosted for the past 7 years, serving the best holiday cocktails in town in a festive, tropical and fun setting. With kitschy holiday décor, professionally-developed cocktails and the nostalgic energy of the best xmas party you’ve ever been to, Sippin’ Santa is sure to get even the grouchiest grinch in the holiday spirit. For this entire season B&T will be transformed into a holiday spectacular filled with tiki flair, rum, snowflakes, more rum, holiday palm trees, ten thousand lights and much more, did we mention rum? And this year we will be open SUNDAYS (starting the 23rd of November.)

Booking any of our $15* Sippin’Santa Experiences is the way to go! It includes a secured reservation slot at your scheduled time. Plus a secret Santa gift during your experience (Value $20) with plenty of time to enjoy a selection of the best seasonal tiki inspired cocktails in the valley. 🌴🍸🎅 Just note, your Sippin’ adventure lasts two hours from your reservation time, not the time you are seated. So please be sure to arrive promptly with your fully booked party, making time for any traffic.
Experiences become available online book up to two weeks in advance to the day. So, check back if you don’t see a future date available just yet.
As always, we welcome walk-ins on a first come, first served basis, and you can also join our remote waitlist day of through Tock, during normal business hours for free based on our current availability or capacity - sometimes the waitlist will be paused due to business levels and how many parties have joined.
We will be closed to the general public the following dates and times:
Tuesday, November 11th - closed all day
Tuesday, November 19th - closed for a private event until 10:45pm
Thursday, November 27th - Thanksgiving
Friday, December 5th - closed for a private event until 11:00pm
Saturday, December 6th - closed for a private event until 10:00pm
Friday, December 12th - closed for a private event until 10:00pm
Thursday, December 25th - Christmas Day

Please bring your IDs as the establishment still operates as a 21 & OVER.
We strongly encourage you to arrive in your most festive, Tiki Christmas attire.

A: Each reservation lasts two hours from the scheduled reservation time (not the seating time). Guests should arrive promptly with their full party.

A: Venues that make a major investment in elaborate holiday decorations typically charge a seasonal cover or fee. Compared to others in town, our experience fee and the pricing for our Sippin' Santa drinks are exceptionally modest. We also include a welcoming "Secret Santa" gift to provide our guests with extra value and help them get into the seasonal spirit. This fee also serves as a means to ensure that guests honor their reservations and arrive on time, during this very busy time.

A: No. Walk‑ins are always free on a first‑come, first‑served basis. However, due to high demand, lines and waitlists can get long with unknow wait times, and we may not be able to accommodate everyone, especially later in the evening. Reservations guarantee a set time for the experience.

A: Unfortunately, if you are seated on the patio, it is because we are fully committed inside and the patio is the only seating available. By accepting the patio table, you have agreed to this arrangement. Any empty tables inside are reserved for incoming guests with existing reservations. If possible patio seating is not suitable for you, we highly recommend you make a reservation for another time or visit on a quieter evening.

Private Events & Closures: Guests should check our website and our social for dates when the venue is closed for private events or holidays.
Dress Code Encouragement: Guests are encouraged to arrive in festive, Tiki Christmas attire to enhance the experience.
Gratuity Policy: A 22% gratuity is automatically added to checks for parties of six or more.
