Hello All,

October is turning into a very fun month after all. Not only do we have our Halloween party coming up this Friday but we had a very special guest at the bar for a great cause. Not to mention new for your drinking pleasure one of the coldest martinis you'll have ever tried.

Perfectly Freezing Martini's

Forget shaken or stirred, B&T’s revolutionary bottle blended, below freezing Martini program ensures a perfect cocktail, from first sip to final quaff.

We are very proud to announce the launch of B&T’s “Martini Perfected” program offering a guaranteed flawlessly freezing Martini, no matter how sizzling it gets here in the heart of the Sonoran Desert.

And like any perfect solution, the answer is surprisingly simple.
It all starts with hand-bottled blend of a house specific ratio of spirit, vermouth and nano filtered water that’s been chilled to less than 10 degrees Fahrenheit (-12.2 degrees Celsius). We actually managed 5.5 degrees Fahrenheit!!!!

Sure, some serve their Martinis even colder thanks to using neat spirits with high-tech gimmicks such as liquid nitrogen or use of anti-griddles, however, unless you like to slam your martini (not recommended), as soon as these cocktails start to warm, you are left with a bottle strength spirit.  However, with B&T’s precisely pre-diluted “Martini Perfected” program, your cocktail stays consistently balanced and sip-able, no matter how long you let it linger.

Available now, B&T’s $11 “Martini Perfected” comes in two versions (Plymouth Gin Martini or Sobieski Vodka Martini, olive or twist).

Happy Halloween!!

Bitter & Twisted's Halloween party starts at 8pm sharp this Friday.

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting Tony Abou-Ganim yesterday for our USBG brother and sisters.

It was part of his Bartender "State of the Union" & Vodka Distilled Book Tour
Tony Abou-Ganim was talking about the USBG and benifits of membership from a local to a worldwide level, followed by a tasting of vodkas -- "What makes them Different" Presentation at the bar. Afterwards, everyone walked over to Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails and were served some very tasty Moscow Mules and Harvey Wallbangers. All the bartenders walked away with a signed copy of his book "Vodka Distilled", compliments of Stoli, Absolut & Tito's.
They also took donations for the Helen David Bartender Relief Fund at both bars.
