Our mission is to provide you with a truly unforgettable experience, one sip at a time. But for those who prefer the familiar, we also offer a selection of top-notch spirits, craft beers, and wines. Come explore the world of flavor and discover your new favorite tipple.
We are also the proud home of the original recipe “Pornstar Martini” in the United States, prepared correctly since our doors opened in 2014. Experience the authentic taste of what made this drink a global sensation, made exactly to the original recipe just how it was made back at LAB Bar, London circa 2004.

The Ice
At Bitter & Twisted, we believe that the quality of the ice used in our bar can make all the difference in our guest's experience. We believe that the little things matter, and that's why we've made it our mission since day one to make our own large format ice, from scratch.
When it comes to cocktails, the use of crystal-clear large block ice can instantly elevate the credibility of any bar's program. It's a clear indication of the establishment's attention to detail and commitment to providing only the finest ingredients. Making our own ice, instead of simply buying it, is a time-consuming process, but we feel the results are truly worth it, and is one of the many things we do within our bar that sets us apart from the rest.

RESERVATIONS | WAITLIST
OUR POLICY
Bitter & Twisted is a seated establishment, and while we do try to accommodate everyone we are bound by our legal capacity. We're not trying to be cool but sadly we have limited space, and we just can’t think of a better and fairer system than first come, first served, especially during peak times.
During peak hours, seating may be subject to 2-hours.
Parties are only seated when 50% or more are present.
We cannot combine tables for multiple reservations.
An accurate head count is always required, please do not exceed the amount stated on the waitlist or your reservation.
Sadly, we do not participate in any bar crawls, we're just not set up for it being a seated bar with a limited capacity.
Bitter & Twisted operates as a 21 & over the establishment and only allows identification ruled valid by the DLLC.
PAYMENTS
Please note that groups will be presented with one bill, which may be split up to four separate ways. A 22% gratuity will be added to all parties of 6 or more. Zelle, Venmo or PayPal is your friend.
WALK-IN | RESERVATIONS
Walk-ins are welcomed and encouraged if reservations are unavailable. If we are on a wait on a busy night guests can join the waitlist remotely via Tock. On weekends or busy concert and event nights, we operate on a first come - first serve basis during any peak times.
We happily accept reservations when available. We release limited reservations for each day. If there are none available, please use the waitlist.
WAITLIST
Day of, if it's a busy night and we’re on a wait, just use TOCKs waitlist feature. Rain or shine, no standing outside required. Before you arrive, you can check out the wait times and get in line all via the app, then track your position in the queue; Just be nearby and we'll text you when your spot is ready, all from your phone
